I initially went to see Dr Belanger for insomnia. I had been suffering from insomnia for about 9 months and it was affecting everything in my life. I would lay awake in bed every night and watch the sun come up. It was extremely debilitating. My primary care doctor had been giving me prescription medication, and basically told me this was just something I was going to have to live with. Finally someone recommended Dr. Belanger. At first I was skeptical because I had never been to a naturopathic doctor before, and I was also at the point where I felt as though nothing was going to help me. Thank goodness I went though because Dr. Belanger changed my life! He gave me different supplements and told me when to take them and he also put me on a special diet. Finally I was able to get my system back on track. I now never have any trouble
falling asleep and I sleep through the entire night waking up in the morning feeling so rested. Dr. Belanger is a great listener and is extremely caring and patient. I feel incredibly fortunate knowing I can always contact him with any medical issues that may arise in the future and I feel so confident being in his care. I truly cannot thank him
